RAF Kinloss, opened on1st April1939 as a flying training school, and has seen continuous service ever since. Situated in the county of Morayshire, just 9 miles west of Elgin, and a few miles to the East of Inverness. |

The station has become more known for its operations within coastal command, and its maritime duties with Shackletons, and more recently, the Nimrod. |
|
|
The scenery contains all 15 hangars, Weapons storage area(Bomb dump), Fuel storage, technical and domestic buildings. The domestic site has been built as representative of the types of buildings that would normally be at these locations, and is not intended as an exact layout of the Kinloss living quarters. |

Also contained are static Nimrods, ground servicing vehicles, and dynamic aircraft, flying the circuit. |
