RAF Dishforth is located 4 miles East of Ripon in the county
of North Yorkshire, England.

The station opened in 1936 as a bomber base with 7 group,
 and is still operational today flying helicopters for the
 British Army.




The scenery includes accurate representations of the
 C type hangars, control tower, station bomb dump, and the buildings
of the technical and domestic area's.
 Airfield side, the scenery
 is as accurate as available information will allow .

The technical and domestic buildings are constructed
 from plans and pictures of original buildings which are typical of this type of British military airfield, although
 the layout may not be precise.




This scenery is not yet compatible with the VF\JF\GM photographic scenery.
